It was definitely one of the more memorable commemorations of the Essex Resolutions. What started as a beautiful afternoon turned into a heavy downpour with some intense thunder and lightning. Everyone was able to take shelter under the pavilion in the Max Silver Memorial Courtyard, and our courageous speakers were able to finish the reading. Special thanks to Boy Scout Troop 304 and to our guest speakers who braved the storm to honor the 249th Anniversary of the Resolutions. Be sure to join us next year for the 250th Anniversary!
