Max Silver Memorial Courtyard
Construction of the Essex County Museum’s Max Silver Memorial Courtyard is almost completed and the outdoor space in the heart of Tappahannock is already being enjoyed by residents and visitors who stroll through the Courtyard on their walks around town.
We have reached over 75% of our fundraising goal thanks to the generosity of our community however funds are still needed to complete construction. There are many ways for individuals, families, and businesses to support the Courtyard, including naming rights for some of the features as well as the purchase of commemorative bricks that are being used to pave the walkways.
